REFUND POLICY
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
to. the Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged in any way;
b. the identification tag must still be attached to the Products, as affixed;
c. the Products must be returned in their original packaging;
d. the returned Products must be delivered to the shipping company within fourteen (14) days from the moment the Buyer received the purchase.
Please note we do not distribute return labels. If you wish to return your product or exchange size, please contact info.heliuss@gmail.com.
REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ITEMS ON SALE (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale/custom piece/pre-order items cannot be refunded.
SUBSTITUTIONS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info.heliuss@gmail.com
RETURNS
To return the product, you must contact us via info.heliuss@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that if you order from outside the EU, there may be variable fees such as customs or taxes that you need to pay.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
